These Terms of Service govern the use of Quest Platform, a Software-as-a-Service solution.
1. Agreement
  • These Terms of Service govern the use of Quest Platform, a Software-as-a-Service solution.
  • By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription and Billing
  • Services are provided on a subscription basis.
  • Fees are billed in advance as per the chosen plan.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by Swedish consumer law.
3. License
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SaaS platform for your internal business purposes.
4. Customer Data & Responsibilities
  • You retain ownership of your data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR as the data controller.
  • We act as a data processor under GDPR.
5. Availability & Support
  • We aim to maintain 99% uptime, excluding planned maintenance.
  • Support is provided through official channels.
6. Restrictions
  • You may not:
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the software.
  • Share your subscription unlawfully.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
7. Termination
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property in the Services remains with Quest Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
11. Changes to Terms
  • We may modify these Terms, with prior notice.
  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
